Out of scope cases are the cases which cant be delivered by any pro of that category. 


What is Out of Scope ?Out of Scope" ka matlab hai woh kaam jo service mein officially include nahi hai aur kisi bhi service provider ke liye deliver karna possible nahi hai. Yeh aise tasks hain jo company ke standard offerings ke bahar hain ya phir jo resources ya expertise ki requirement poori nahi karte

Pitch for out of scope: Sir, humari request hai ki jab bhi koi job aapke paas aaye, toh please usse complete karne ki koshish karein. Agar kabhi koi job aapko lagta hai ki out of scope hai, toh uske liye aapko customer location par jaana hoga. Jab aap uss jagah ke 500 meters ke andar pahunch jaayenge, tab aapko app mein Out os scope 'ticket banane' ka option milega.
Uske baad hamari team aapke saath Zoom call par connect karegi, taaki yeh validate kiya ja sake ki job sach mein out of scope hai ya nahi. Agar job OOS hai toh hum apki cancelation me help krege and us booking ko bina PAf ke cancel krdege. Aap par koi cancelation bhi mark nahi hoga.
Isse transparency bani rahegi aur aapka support process bhi smooth ho jaayega. Aapka cooperation bahut hi important hai.

Step 1

EPC Category
Live in these cities Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai
Step 1 : Partner must be at the customer’s location (or within 500 meters)
Step 2: If the partner confirms that the work is out of scope, we will ask partner to create a ticket by following the steps mentioned below.
Help>>Need Help with Job>>This Job is out of scope.
Step 3: Once the ticket is created and confirmed, keep our ticket pending for 1 hours
Until the partner receives a callback from the OOS team and their request gets cancelled, we will keep the ticket pending.
Once partner confirm then close the case

Step 2

For Other Cities we will guide partner to canceled the booking by their end as company have given them 4 emergency in your personal reason :
 Mandatory line to use
Partner apne convenience ke hisaab se calendar mark karta hai, aur ussi basis par bookings auto-accept ho jaati hain. Hamare customers apna poora din UC ki service ke around plan karte hain. Jab cancellation hoti hai, toh unka experience bahut hi kharab ho jaata hai.Ham chahte hain ki agar partner ne job accept kiya hai, toh woh service deliver kare. Hum yeh samajhte hain ki kabhi-kabhi emergency situations aa jaati hain jinki wajah se partner service nahi de paate.
 
Isiliye hum partner ko rich profile ke current rank ke according metric samajhaayenge— jaise:
 MTD cancellation aapke ek mahine mei 4 cancellation diye gye hai
 last 50 job cancellation mei aapko 4 cancellation ke mauke diye jaaty hai

If it's a commercial place and the partner is comfortable providing the service, we will guide the partner to provide the service. We will not call customers in such cases.
 
 If pro agrees then he can continue with the services.
 
 If partner denies to deliver the job then guide partner to canceled it in their personal reason guide according to rich profile

If Partner receive the booking for different category work we will guide them to contact OOS team
 
 
 EX :- Customer place service for wire installation now ask partner to do work for fridge repair which is his out of category.

Important NoteWe will not fill any PAF reversal form for OOS cases as this we will not get reverse from PAF team end.
We will not call customer from our end to cancel OOS bookings.
