Rating Below Threshold - Level Actioning

L1	Temp block + Send contextual digital training based on customer responses on QA/QC	Unblock when partner passes the test and completes all videos
L2	Temp block + Trainer RT1. Partners must book themselves for RT through the application.	Unblock when partner passes RT1
L3	Temp block + Trainer RT2. Partners must book themselves for RT through the application.	Unblock when partner passes RT2
L4	Permanent block	N/A (permanent block)

1. All the levels will be explained to the partner on the rating screen along with their current status
2. The next level of the action happens when L100 and L20 ratings both fall below the threshold
3. Cool off period on every level= 20 rated jobs after unblocking (next level of activity doesn't happen within cool-off)
