If Issue found - Missed 2 Exclusive leads  

What we will follow below are the point:

Missed 2 Exclusive leads - 

Inform partner that he has missed 2 Exclusive leads due to which his Exclusive leads are blocked for 24 hrs. He will still get leads normal leads. However exclusive leads will be resumed post 24 hrs.

Guided partner checks the app flow and accepts any bookings, . (Ask partner to check in app flow frequently to get a lead)

If you have any leads, please accept the booking; it will be auto blocked within 24 hours.
