Step 1 | Calendar marking of the last 7 days to be checked through the ops dashboard (Calendar). After checking this, we should inform the partner about the leave slots due to which he/she didn't get a lead at that time, and due to this, the overall number of jobs sent to the partner will be less. | |||||
Step 2 | Calendar marking Verbiage in getting less leads:- Advisor need to guide pro that we planned calendar marking for the future 3 days, so need to guide to update and plan accordingly also having option for 4 hours before but for an emergency situation so partner can plan his calendar marking for the future 3 days so that there will be no inactivity for getting leads. | |||||
Step 3 | Check whether hubs/filters are tagged or not ( At least one hub/filter should be Tagged ) | |||||
Step 4 | Check whether the Category is tagged or not ( At least one and correct category should be added ) | |||||
Step 5 | Use Themis to check the partners performance metrics like calendar marking %, Exclusive lead Acceptance rate, Service delivery rate. a) Select the Category, City and primary hub of the partner on Themis. b) Check the status of the hub and Click on the hub name under the Core information Section. c) Search for Partner ID (Ctrl F), Check Partners performance metrics like Util, Calendar marking%, Service Delivery%, Exclusive Lead and Acceptance% . Compare with good pros (With higher Util/EL%/AR%/SD%) in the hub and explain the difference. | |||||
Step 6 | Check if Partner is blocked or was blocked recently. If All the above points are correct then inform the Partner that he will be getting leads as Demand Increases. | |||||
Step 7 | Must tell- Also do inform the partner, that he does not need to worry much about his earnings as his basic earnings are secured under MG / Minimum Earning Guarantee. So even if UC fails to provide as many leads as committed as per the MG cycle and Minimum Earning Guarantee cycle, then UC will pay the deficit amount as compensation. He just needs to make sure he is working exactly as per the targets. Like Leave hours are controlled and as per the MG Criteria or Minimum Earning Guarantee. | |||||
| Script to be followed : Sir/Madam, main samajh sakta hoon ki aapko bookings nahi mil rahi hain, lekin chinta mat kijiye, main madad karunga. Mainne aapka profile check kiya hai, aur filters/hub sahi se tagged hain ya nahi, yeh dekh raha hoon. Kam se kam ek hub/filter tagged hona zaroori hai. Aapka calendar bhi check kiya, agar leaves mark ki hain, toh us wajah se bookings mein problem ho sakti hai. Main aapka performance metrics, jaise calendar marking, lead acceptance rate, aur service delivery bhi dekh raha hoon. Agar yeh sab theek hain, toh bookings jaldi aayengi. Aap tension mat lijiye, demand badhne par aapko bookings milni shuru ho jayengi. Agar koi aur madad chahiye, toh mujhe contact kar sakte hain. | ||||||
