| Scenario 1: Customer asked for additonal service | Step 1: We'll ask the professional to politely inform the customer that their next job is scheduled for XX time and, as it’s a committed service, their presence is necessary to ensure the next customer experience isn’t impacted. -->Partner can request customer to place a new booking for some other time slot. --> If the professional is not aligned with the scheduled time, we can suggest that they coordinate directly with the customer of the upcoming booking to check if a delayed arrival is acceptable. They should also share an exact ETA. If the customer agrees, the service can proceed as planned. | ||
| Scenario 2: Late in previous job and hence stuck there for long | -->Check the start and booking time of the previous service and guide the partner accordingly. If the delay was due to a personal reason (e.g., the partner arrived late), we should ask them to speak with the next customer and request permission to arrive late. -->If the customer does not agree, the partner should be advised to cancel the booking under 'Can't Deliver'. Since the delay was on the partner’s end, the PAF will not be reversed." | ||
