| Pause Limit | A Partner can pause a job only twice. |
| Handshake Requirement | Every time a provider pauses a job, they are required to raise a handshake with the customer. Note: A 10-minute bypass is allowed before the handshake is mandated. |
| Second Pause | On the second pause, if the provider is not at the customer’s location: The provider must call the customer first. After the call, the customer must approve the second pause for it to proceed. |
