MG pause resume- Growth Cities

Note: We will not fill MG Pause form for partners who are on plan day off (PSP partners) which can be checked from Rich profile. Cities/Categories where breakdays is live can be checked here.

Requirement	Details
Date Restrictions	- MG Pause and Resume dates must be on the future days. - Same day MG pause request will not be catered. - If a partner wants to pause their MG for future days, we will cater to the request for the upto 7 days.
Form Requirements	- Agents must attach medical proofs in the form to verify the genuineness of the concern (For cases of Medical reason where 10 days no Questions asked MG pause is already expired) . (query link: MG Status Query).
Verification by Agent	- Verify the previous number of MG pause days. - Execute the query before filling the form to check the total pauses and days in the last 365 days (query link: MG Status Query).
Information Needed	- MG Start/End Date.
Turnaround Time (TAT)	- UC Clients will handle the MG Pause/Resume, verifying each entry and processing it within 24 hours.
Note	- The partner's profile will be temporarily blocked during the MG Pause and unblocked on the MG Resume date. - Pause dates will be shown on the MG dashboard.
Communication	- Inform the partner that their profile will be temporarily blocked during the pause period.
Pause Conditions	- A 10-day pause can be requested if there was no prior pause in the last 365 days(No Questions Asked) (query link: MG Status Query).
Pause Reasons	- Medical reasons (one-time pause). For repeat medical requests, validate the documents (except SKBC Bangalore, which requires a CM dependency form). - Only valid for blood-related family members.
Death in Family Scenario	- If there’s a death in the family, check past pauses. - If the partner paused for more than 10 days previously, they may request up to 5 days for this reason.
Acceptable Reasons for Pause	- Medical (Personal or Family Member) with valid documents uploaded in the provider media section. - Death in the family (no certificate required).
Ticket Resolution	- Do not resolve the ticket until the MG Pause/Resume is completed. - Inform the partner that their details will be verified before approval.

MG Pause request before 2 days (Partner where planned off is live) (Excluding AC and Non SOM Partner):
Sir/Ma’am, MG pause isliye available nahi hai kyunki company chahti hai ki aap zyada se zyada kaam karein aur apni earning badhayein. Agar aapko kisi emergency ke wajah se kaam nahi karna hai, toh aapke paas Planned Leave/Break Days mark karne ka option hai. Aapko har 3 mahine mein 7 planned leaves ka benefit diya gaya hai, jise aap use karke chhutti le sakte hain. Lekin ye leave aapko minimum 2 din pehle hi mark karni hoti hai—taaki customer ke bookings pe koi impact na aaye aur unka experience accha rahe.
