Minimum earning refunds

Partner reaching out before TAT ----> Sir/ma'am - Minimum guarantee ka payout aapke cycle end hone ke 15 days baad process kia jaata hai. jaisa ki mai dekh paa raha hoon aap last cycle end hone ke xx din baad hi aa gaye hai. Mai request karunga aap 15 days complete hone ka wait karein and aapka payout aa jaayega.

2. Not eligible partner ---> Sir/ma'am jaisa ki maine dekha aapke minimum earnings payout ke eligibility ke liye aapko xx leave hours maintain karne hai, mai dekh sakta hoon aapne iss date se iss date tak (psp cycle period) mei yy hrs ki leave mark kari jo ki aapko bataaye hue threshold (mention hours defined by the category) se zyada hai isliye aapko mnimum earning ka payout nahi diyaa jaa raha hai.

What is minimum earning	Minimum earning guarantee program promises minimum take home earnings to our partners under SOM contract. What does UC promise and what if promise if not fulfilled?	For SOM partner, --> UC promise XX leds(It is not fixed and differes. We can refer the exact numberon target screen. --> If partner does not gets promised lesads in a particular cycle of 28 days then per job compensation is Rs 250/-
In which cities this is live?	In Top 7 metro cities, --> Delhi --> Mumbai --> Bangalore --> Hyderbad --> Pune -->Kolkata -->Chennai
What is the eligibilty criteria?	Eligibilty:- -->NON pip partner --> Partner need to maintain Rating errors : 6 --> Cancellations : 6 --> Weekend unavailable hours: 26 --> No block in 28 days cycle --> 250 working hours out of 336 actual working hours.
TAT of minimum earning refund	Payout will be released in the immediate after 15 days of minimum earning END Date.
How does a partner get in earning refund?	Scneario 1: Slab: <4500 auto approval If Amount is less than 4500 system will automatically approve the refund Scenario 2: If >4500 then manual approval is done by business team POC~ PAN India Query to check: This will give visibilty of payouts which have been approved, rejected and in process In case of apporve: Inform partner that refund has been credited. Ask him to chek his bank details. In case of in proces: Share TAT 15 days In casee of rejection: Open pro id>logs>minimim earning>select plan> rejection remarks will be reflect on the bottom
If amount is >4500 and and if refund shows in process and TAT has been breached	Please check in this sheet if the status is not uodated or not if in the sheet it's not mention than raise on slack sahiba
Payout not received-Pro reaching within TAT of 15 days	Ask partner to wait till 15 days from their cycle end date
