Answer : The Partner Success Program (PSP) is a system designed to make things easier and less stressful for partners. It involves regular check-ins, tracking performance, rewarding good work, and minimizing disruptions to your schedule.

Important Note:
- In PSP model, you should use Break days to apply for leave and no subscription pause will be done.
- For any health or medical issues of self/Family, keep documents handy. Incase you come into PIP, you rank will be reversed basis on the medical document.
- No leave on Saturday or Sunday. Max leave allowed on weekend is <18hrs/96hrs of 8 weekends in 28 days
- PSP cycle is of 28days
- Recharge amount for Chennai plumbers is 4200/- for 90 jobs.
- Subscription ends when they receive 90 jobs.
- Minimum earning guarantee is 250/- per lead, they will be eligible for it if their working hours =>250hrs in 28 days and they are not in PIP.
- Minimum working hours required in 28days is 250hrs
- Even an hour gap in subscription will add to leave hours post 90 jobs delivery.
