| Partner received rebboking-jobs from a different hubs What is a re-booking job | A partner can receive re-booking requests from a customer they previously served, especially if the customer rated them 5 stars. |
| Why should partner deliver a re-booking service? | We should encourage partners to deliver these services, as it presents a valuable earning opportunity for them. Additionally, it's a great chance to boost their ratings and build stronger relationships with customers. |
| If partner is convinced to deliver the service however not want to serve in future due to distance issue | -->The partner will have the option to opt out of the 4 most recent bookings received in the last 14 days. --> Once the partner accepts a booking, they will have the option to opt out of it. OPT OUT STEP: Help center > Profile Section < Click on hub < Getting job far away from hub > Last 4 booking options will show up. Click on the particular customer name you do not want to give service in future > Click Yes, don't send these jobs. (Partner will not get this booking in future.) |
| If partner is not willing to deliver the existing re-booking and wants to cancel | -->If partner wants to cancel the job due to personal reasons then we will inform the partner that the cancellation will be marked against them and this will impact their profile metrics and cx exp will be hampered. -->If still he wants to cancel further then ask pro to cancel under pro can't deliver and follow steps mentioned below . Customer Request > Help > Select ' Pro cannot deliver> Watch video <cancel job --> Important: PAF will not be reversed in this scenario. |
