Please check Lead Type: 

 Ops Dashboard > Customer Request > Providers/Fanouts > Wave Type 

1. If Lead type is normal check if customer rebooked the same partner. In such cases inform the partner that the customer has rebooked your service since you have served them earlier. This is a guaranteed lead and you should not miss out in serving the customer.

2. If Lead type is exclusive but not re-booked  then raise a bug and tag karuna Jain and Tejaswin Kaur.
