Scenario/Condition

Steps to be followed

Break day policy 

In EPC, 95% of our partner base is SOM, and therefore, break days are now managed through the system. We no longer manually pause their MG plans.

Partners are allotted break days each quarter—7 per quarter, with a maximum of 5 on weekdays and 2 on weekends. This adds up to 28 break days per year.

The intent of the feature is to allow partners to take or apply for leaves without being actioned upon. Currently, partners can only mark adhoc leaves (unavailable) themselves or raise a request via the Ops team to get the penalty corrected.

Feature discription

-->Partners are allotted 7 break days every quarter -> 5 weekdays & 2 weekend days (carried over till a max of 28 days - 8 weekend & 20 weekday)

-->Granularity for a break day exists only at a day level and not slot/hour level

-->Break Days can only be applied at a date 2 days from date of application

-->All Break Days are auto-accepted by the system

-->We cannot remove the planned day off neither partner can do.  

Want to apply break day due to personal reason/medicl reason

--> Understand the reason why partner wants to pause his plan. 

--> Guide partner that he needs to apply break days via app. 

--> His metrics won't be impacted and his 

--> "This cycle will extend based on the number of break days the partner takes."

Break days exhausted 

--> Understand the reason why partner want to pause plan

--> If it's a medical reason and break days are exhausted then we will ask partner to upload valid medical documents through the app flow.

---> Raise a request on Slack by tagging CM and keep the ticket pending for 24 hours.

---> If the reason is personal (e.g., wedding, vacation, etc.), guide the partner to mark leave directly on the app.
