Pitch : Partner se pehle check karein ki unko same hub mei door ki job aayi hai ya doosre hub se job aayi hai --->
a. Agar same hub se request aayi hai --> Sir/ma'am yeh job toh aapke hub se hi aayi hai toh yeh distance itna door hai nahi because aapke category mei hubs banaaye aise gaye hai ki aapko 10 km se zyada travel na karna padein. Abhi ke liye aap yeh job deliver kariye, aage hum hubs ko aur chhota karenge jiss se aapka travel time aur reduce ho jaaye.
b. Agar different hub hai ----> Check karein kahin yeh customer ne re-book toh nahi kia hai partner ko. (Request page> request information section > preferred pro> if pro id is mentioned then customer has rebooked else no.
b.1. Agar rebooking customer hai ----> Sir/ma'am rebooking customer assured customers hote hai jinhone aapki service pehle bhi li hui hai aur unko aapka kaam pasand aaya hai. Inn request pe aapk thoda door bhi jaana pade toh please jaaiye because yahan pe aapki kamaayi 100% guaranteed hai aur apni rating badhaane ka bhi achha mauka hai.
b.2. Agar rebooking customer nahi hai ----> Bug file karein Tag Sahiba & karuna

| If Customer and Partner Hubs are the Same | Lead is valid and within hub. No further action needed. We will inform the partner that the booking is from their hub and request them to deliver the job. If partner has refused to deliver the job If partner wants to cancel the job due to persoanl reasons then we will inform the partner that the cancellation will be marked against them and this will impact their profile metrics and cx exp will be hampered. If still he wants to cancel further then ask pro to cancel under pro can;t deliver and follow steps mentioned below . Customer Request > Help > Select ' Pro cannot deliver> Watch video <cancel job |
| If Customer is Outside the Hub | This may be a Rebooking Request. Check in the Customer Request ID section. Ope customer request < Preferred Provider ID < click on the Provider ID If the booking is assigned to the same partner, we will inform partner that it is their rebooking. |
| Rebooking Request Validation | A rebooking request occurs when the customer has rated the partner 5 stars in a previous booking. |
| If Not a Rebooking and Outside Hub | Check if the Partner’s hub has recently changed. |
| Still Outside Hub & Not a Rebooking | Raise a bug on Slack tag Karuna and Sahiba |
