1. Personal Loan Eligibility Criteria

Loan Evaluation ModelA data science model evaluates eligibility based on earnings, ratings, approval dates, city-category, and more.
Earnings CriteriaLast 6 months of earnings considered. Partner eligible for loan amount to 25% of average earnings.
Loan ReapplicationPartner can apply only if the previous loan is cleared and at least 3 months old.
NotificationEligible partners will see a notification in the Money section of the app.
2. Loan Status: Pending for Disbursal
ConditionAgent Action
Loan status is ‘Pending for Disbursal’ and within 15 days of loan creationInform partner of TAT of 15 days. Resolve the ticket.

Pro wants to cancel the LoanStep 1: If the partner reaches out to us within 15 days, we need to inform them that we cannot cancel the loan, and we will proceed to close the ticket.

Step 2: If the partner has not received the loan and the 15-day period has passed, we will need to fill out the cancellation 
form and check the response on the response sheet.

Step 2: After receiving the bank details, please raise this on Slack and tag Harsh Garg and Deepanshi Dua.
3. Loan Stuck at Submitted or Any Other State (Except Pending for Disbursal)

Document issues (PAN, Aadhaar, images not verified)Identify issue on Loan page, inform partner, resolve the ticket.
No errors found but loan stuck post 15 days of creationFill the Response Sheet, inform partner that loan will be cancelled so they can reapply. Keep ticket pending for 24 hours.
4. Loan Cancellation:
--> Loan can only be cancelled if the status is at (Docs Verified) stage in case of i2i loan and (soft approved) in case if Uc loan, Only in such cases agent has to fill the form otherwise, we need to inform the partner on the first call that the loan can’t be cancelled on soft denial.
Response sheet
--> We will keep the ticket parked until we receive a response from finance.
Entries from the sheet are picked every Tuesday and Friday at 5 p.m. by the finance team.
