Scenario BasedSOP
Start Job OTP--> Partner needs to enter the last 4 digits of the customer's registered mobile number on the app to start the job.

--> Guide the partner while on call:-
OnGoing> Request > Help Option(Top Right) > Get Start Job OTP > Enter last 4 digits on the customer mobile number.

--> If partner is at customer location and someone is available from customer side, we will confirm the address or book package to share a start job otp 


Prepaid booking - If partner reaches out to us for start job otp and customer is not answering our call, we will park the ticket for 24 hours and call customer 4 times in a gap of 2 hours. If there is no response from customer end within 24 hours, we will share the start job otp and bypass the location from supervisor end and closed the Ticket.

COD (Cash on Delivery): If partner reaches out to us for start job otp the customer is not answering the call, we will share the start job otp and bypass the location from supervisor end and closed the Ticket.
