Short Term Inactivity
Logic for short_term_inactivity temp block on partner side.
- Temp archival of short-term inactive partners: This process remains the same. Partners can continue to unblock themselves from this block through the inclusion widget. In case a partner unblocks themselves once, we ensure that for atleast the next 3 days the partner is not falling again under the temp block (if still inactive).
- Changes to the logic: Pro will be temp blocked in case all of the following conditions are met
- 0 jobs completed in last 10 days
- 0 jobs in open state in last 10 days
- Atleast 1 hour of working marked by the pro in the calendar for last 10 days
- Partner is not of type '
helper'
Note: Incase partner is unable to unblock himself from App. Please file bug and tag UC POC.
