BPStep 1: Estimate, Proof of Work (POW), and Invoice Creation
Partners can create Estimate, Proof of Work (POW), and Invoice only at the customer’s (job) location.
This can only be done during business hours (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
Agent Script (if partner asks):
"Sir/Ma’am, as per the new update, you can create the estimate, proof of work, and invoice only when you are at the customer location, and within the allowed business hours of 8 AM to 9 PM."
Step 2: Waiting Time Before Invoice Creation
After creating the Estimate, the partner must wait for some time before creating the Invoice.
The waiting time is based on the SKU duration shared in the Estimate.
If the SKU timing is 1 hour, the partner must wait for 30 minutes (50% of SKU time) after estimate creation before generating the invoice.
Example of Estimate and Invoice Timing
Job Start Time: 9:00 AM
Job End Time: 10:00 AM
Estimate Creation Time: 9:45 AM
SKU Duration (selected in estimate): 60 minutes
Time Blocked (between Estimate and Invoice): 30 minutes (50% of SKU time)
Allowed Invoice Creation Time: 10:15 AM
✅ This means the partner must wait 30 minutes after creating the estimate before they can raise the invoice.
Agent Script (if partner asks):
"Sir/Ma’am, after you create the estimate, you will need to wait before you can make the invoice. The waiting time depends on the SKU timing you selected in your estimate. For example, for a 1-hour SKU, you will need to wait 30 minutes."

BPC : Booking basis price
If no work is done due to any reason we will ask partner to end the job in BPC.Customer will not get an option to rate partner in this case.

1 | Partner starts the job, assess the EPC and shares estimate by adding work. Once confirmed by Customer, partner app will show time of job completion. Partner can only end the job once estimate time is over. | If partner completes before, ask him to wait till the time in customer location and then End it as per SOP. | ||
