- Ratings is calculated on the basis of the average of L100 ratings given by the customers. - Customers can only change the ratings within 2 days. - Ratings gets updated within max 4 days from the time cx gives the rating - Customers can only rate within 2days post job end.

Rating is given by partner to the customer: |

-- Inform the partner that every time the partner delivers a job he gets an option to rate the customer. Partner should rate the customer post job.
-- In case the partner has not delivered any request and customer has placed multiple fake bookings/ keeps cancelling the requests then inform the partner that we will escalate this to the concerned team for investigation and necessary action will be taken on the customer. - Check previous 5-8 requests of the customer and see how many requests have been delivered out of those requests. If all or most of those requests are cancelled then escalate this to your Team Leader.

If the partner gives the customer a one-star rating, he can also get the same customer booking again. (Sir/Mam agar aap customer ko one star rating dete h toh job toh aapke pass aiegi but sabse last mein notify hogi jab us hub ka koi partner lead par respond nahi krega) |
