Sir/Madam, I'm calling from Urban Company. Our team had called you regarding a referral on this date which is mentioned in the ticket  , but you had a raised an issue *XYZ issue"
Sir/Mam - Main "XYZ" bol rahi hoon Urban Company se. Hamari team ne aapko "XYZ Date" June 2025 ko referral ke liye call kiya tha, aur aapne bataya tha ki "XYZ issue". Kya aap thoda aur detail mein bata sakte ho iske baare mein?

Example 1-- Main XYZ bol rahi hoon Urban Company se. Hamari team ne aapko 22nd June 2025 ko referral ke liye call kiya tha, aur aapne bataya tha ki aapka ID block ho gaya hai. Kya aap thoda aur detail mein bata sakte ho iske baare mein?
Example 2 - I am XYZ calling from Urban Company and our team had called you on 22nd June 2025 for Referral and you had raised an issue that your ID is blocked. Can you tell me more about this?
