Unable to join the training / Meeting not started

Step 1: Please inform the partner to keep trying to join the meeting.
Step 2: If the partner is still unable to join, the slots will automatically be rescheduled within 24 hours.
Meanwhile, park the case until the partner has attended the training.
Step 3: If after 24 hours the training slots are not rescheduled, raise the issue on Slack and tag the POC CM and Sahiba Azad.

Training done but ID still blocked

Step 1: Please inform the partner to wait for 24 hours and keep the ticket pending until the ID is unblocked.
Step 2: If the ID is still blocked after 24 hours, please raise the issue on Slack and tag the POC CM and Sahiba Azad.

Training marked on calendar but ID not blocked

The agent should check the training slot, provide the relevant details of the training, inform the partner to join the meeting, and the trainer will share the necessary information with the partner.

Partner training block but no information

Step 1 : We will raise it to city CM and CC sahiba azad and keep a ticket pending for 24 hours

Scenario 2: If the partner’s training slot is blocked and the city team asks the partner to visit the office for offline training, but the partner is out of town and cannot attend offline, then we will raise this on Slack and tag the CM, Team Leader, and Sahiba Azad.

The ticket will be kept pending for 24 hours.
