Reopen Ticket Process
*Any ticket reopened by a partner after 5 days, we will ask the the partner to create a new ticket.
*If Reopen within 5 days.
If any Agent is assigned a ticket that has been reopened by a partner, then the agent needs to check the created date of the ticket:
1. If the Ticket is reopened and issue is different, then please go ahead and cater to the partner's concern and drive it to closure, but for future guide partners, create a new ticket going forward.
2. If the Ticket is reopened and issue is same, then please go ahead and cater to the partner's concern and drive it to closure
